Group Discounts
If your company sends 5 attendees, your conference registration
and training for the fifth person will be free. Please call (408)
969-5479 to register.
To qualify for the customer group discount, registration forms must be completed for each registrant and submitted with full payment.
Conference Registration and Cancellation Policies
Conference Confirmation Policy
Registration will not be confirmed until full payment has been received.
If you do not receive confirmation within 7 business days after
your completed form and payment are submitted, please call (408)
969-5479.
Our first priority is to accommodate the educational needs of our customers. Seats in classes are limited, and there may be a waiting list. In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled or rescheduled, Macrovision is not responsible for any lost monies due to changed or cancelled travel arrangements including, non-refundable, non-exchangeable airline tickets, guaranteed room reservations, etc. We encourage you to book airline tickets and hotel reservations accordingly. In addition, if applicable, upon registering you agree to meet the required prerequisites of any Macrovision product training class. Exchange rates may vary so please note all classes cost the equivalent to the posted amount in U.S. dollars.
Training Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your training class you must submit your
request in writing. Your class cancellation request must be received
by
October 7, 2005, and will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Class cancellations requests received after October 7, 2005,
or no shows will liable for full training class costs.
