Premium Opportunities
- Red Carpet Pre Registration Reception—$5,000
Be the first to welcome SoftSummit attendees as co-host of the Red Carpet Welcome Reception on Monday, October 20. The perfect opportunity for attendees to beat the crowds and pick up their registration materials early while enjoying a cocktail.
- VIP Wine and Cheese Reception—$3,500
For 60 minutes you play host to 25 of your top customers, prospects and friends. Wine and cheese will be provided, along with event signage. To take place on Monday or Tuesday evenings, not to interfere with conference sponsored receptions.
- Gala Reception—$15,000
Along with Acresso Software, your company logo will be showcased at the gala event held Tuesday evening. Food, beverage and entertainment will be provided for all full conference attendees. Your logo will appear on event invitations, signage and special event giveaways. You will present prizes of your choice (subject to approval by Acresso) to the Passport Incentive winners.

Your logo will appear on signage as the official breakfast sponsor of SoftSummit. Start the day off right for all in attendance!
- Lunch Table Sponsor —$2,500 each day (2 available)
Your logo and 25 word message will be placed on table top signage on each of the attendee lunch tables. Talk about a captive audience!

Your company will unlock the door for all attendees! Your logo and message will appear in full color on all hotel room keys provided to SoftSummit attendees staying at the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara.

Get maximum exposure from all attendees by sponsoring the official SoftSummit 2008 apparel item. Each guest will receive the co-branded item when they check in at the registration desk at SoftSummit 2008 so that they can wear it all week and after the event.
- Evaluation Gift Sponsor —$1,500
Feedback is important to us, so help us get it! Sponsor the evaluation raffle prize that will be given to one lucky attendee from all completed evaluation forms at the conclusion of the conference. The prize will be provided by the sponsor.
