Vince has over 15 years' experience in the technical management area, including product and program management. He has led teams and enterprise-level projects with a variety of small to mid sized software development companies, spending the last 8 years with information security (desktop and messaging security) ISVs. He started his career as a Senior Product Engineer, and holds a B.S. in Computer Science.

Scott also serves as the Chairman of the Anti-Piracy and Licensing Committee for EDAC, and industry consortium of Electronic Design Automation companies. This committee drives increased security and license management capabilities for the benefit of the EDA industry.
Jason Blaire

Jay Blair has over 13 years of experience with computer aided engineering (CAE) applications and IT. He spent the first 6 years of his career as a systems engineer for the publishers of the ANSYS and MSC NASTRAN software packages providing support for design and analysis. He was then recruited and moved to CSC to manage CAE applications for a DoD top 500 HPC datacenter. In this role, Jay led an extensive functional study for computational structural mechanics software which resulted in multi-million dollar savings to the US Government. He was also the architect and first chair of a DoD workload management team that sought to bring standards into the scheduling of HPC resources. CSC's HPC customers include companies such as NASA, University of Alabama, Procter & Gamble, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Chrysler and the US Department of Defense. Jay currently sits on an HPC advisory board for Microsoft and as serves as the main software applications architect for the CSC HPC Center of Excellence.
Jay is a graduate of Wright State University with Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Mechanical Engineering.

Marcellus was an independent/external Regional Director for Microsoft from 1997 to 2003. Marcellus has a monthly column "business & you" in the ".Net Magazin", a well know German publication. As a software designer, he developed several obfuscation and anti-debugging schemas.
Marcellus was born in Germany and studied computer science at the University of Karlsruhe, obtaining his Dipl. Informatik degree (comparable to a Master degree) in 1989. Marcellus co-founded the German-based WIBU-SYSTEMS, AG, in 1989.

Ryan joined Macrovision in 2004, from InstallShield® Software Corporation, where he was senior vice president of international sales and operations. Previously, he was with Reliant Data Systems, now Compuware Corporation, where he was a regional sales director with responsibilities for both traditional direct sales channels as well as OEM sales. Prior to Reliant, Ryan was director of channel sales at Unison Software, now Tivoli Systems, where he spearheaded the channel program for its distributed systems management solutions group. Additionally, Ryan has held positions at Lakeview Technology and IBM Corporation. Ryan earned a bachelor's degree of arts from Marquette University where he studied International Political Science and French.

David Wright is Chief Architect at TagVault.org. TagVault's mission is to be the neutral, not-for-profit certification authority for ISO/IEC 19770-2 defined software identification tags and to be a central resource to the industry by providing standards-compliant tag management tools and technology to members. David has deep experience in the enterprise licensing processes and techniques for software used by 99% of the fortune 1000 companies. David has a very strong background in business system and software architecture, as well as data modeling techniques and application development. He has led the design and implementation of mission critical systems for large enterprises, including Wells Fargo Bank, Lucent Technologies, Hewlett Packard, Symantec Corporation, British Telecom, Charles Schwab and Migros Ticino. As Chief Architect, David is responsible for development of a world-class architecture for TagVault.org, evolving product requirements, future feature roadmap, as well as leading the design and implementation of technologies supplied by TagVault.org. David sits on the ISO/IEC 19770-2 working group which has developed the SAM tagging standards as well as the newly formed -3 working group.
